Me & Tezer - what inspires us

At Tezer, we care about women. Women who wear our jewellery or encounter us in our work. Women who have experienced exciting things, pursue unique ideas, juggle family and career, or share our affinity for creativity and aesthetics. With Me & Tezer we want to give these women a platform, get inspired and read about stories that are rarely talked about.
Story: Tezer

Creating jewellery, running a business, and raising children.

In the Me & Tezer interview series, we want to give a platform to women who have experienced exciting things, pursue unique ideas, juggle family and career, or share an affinity for creativity and aesthetics.

Sema, Bernadeta, and Stephanie are the three women behind Tezer. They kick off our interview series and talk about 30 years of working together as colleagues, friends, and a small family - not always so easy to separate!

Story: Karin

Developing and growing - even at 62 years of age

Between family constellations, tinnitus, and painting, Karin Pohl continues to discover new paths even at the age of 62. With her energy, she drives the people around her to do something new - in the conversation with Tezer, she manages to do this in just a few minutes.

Story: Bea

470 kilometers, 30 days, and 15 kilograms on her back

At the beginning of 2022, the Covid pandemic prompts Bea Meder to take an exciting step: She wants to hike from Barcelona to Valencia in 30 days, hiking 470 kilometers - even though she spent most of the previous two years at her desk. A few months after her hike, we visit the 35-year-old at home in Wuppertal and listen to experiences that could fill an entire book and always give you goosebumps.

Having the courage to reach out at the right moment - hopefully!

Within our interview series Me & Tezer we talk to women with exciting life stories, unique experiences, ideas, creative hobbies, families, and careers. We also visit Lucie Schnurrer because she is a gallery owner and exhibits jewellery by Tezer. She not only has a personal relationship with Tezer, but also shares our interest in aesthetics, culture and craftsmanship.

I remain a seeker

Me & Tezer tells the stories of women with exciting life stories, unique experiences, ideas, creative hobbies, families, and careers. Caroline Hanke moved from her hometown of Dortmund to Leipzig during the Covid pandemic as a freelance actress without a permanent job. We visit her in her new home, where she tells us about her life as an actress, lecturer, valedictorian, hobby gardener, and mother. In the process, we have some jewellery in our luggage, which we are allowed to photograph on Caroline. The actress particularly likes the filigree design: light lines, small stones and delicate chains.
